- Yes, we offer unlimited design revisions until you approve the designs, as long as the changes are within the original plan. If you change the project direction after we start, we’ll send you a quote to continue with the new direction.
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or three days. However, It will take longer depends on the number of pages, length of pages, and complexity of the custom designs.
Yes, but refunds are not typically provided for work already completed with the 25% non-refundable production fee. However, we may consider partial refunds for uncompleted work on a case-by-case basis.
- Option 1: Full Payment: Payment for services must be paid in full prior to commencement. You can pay at the checkout when placing an order for our services on the website. We will send an invoice for you to pay directly into our bank account. If you prefer to pay by credit card, just let us know; however, you will be responsible for covering card processing fees. Our services will only commence after payment is received. If we commence work prior to receiving payment, this does not in any way prejudice our right to seek payment.
- Option 2: Installment Payment: If you prefer not to pay in full upfront, you can opt for installment payments. A deposit of 50% of the total cost with an additional 25% of the original price is required before commencement. The remaining balance can be paid once the design phase of the project is finished and before development begins.
